Recovery from Grief Program

The purpose of the Recovery from Grief Program, which includes Sunday Support and the Six-Week Workshops, is to provide a safe place where widowed people experiencing hurt, and loneliness may find solace, comfort and encouragement among other widowed people.   The next Workshop starts on Saturday, January 13, 2024, 2-4:00 pm and continues through Saturday, February 17, 2024, 2-4:00 pm at the WPAC Office.  For information, please contact the Workshop Directors: Mike may be emailed at and Nadia Rains may be called at (916) 715-2609.  Doors open at 1:30 pm.

A non-profit, non-denominational community service organization dedicated to helping widowed men and women overcome grief after the loss of their spouse.

WPAC™ offers Grief Recovery Programs consisting of weekly Sunday Support, and a six-week Grief Recovery Workshop, held 4 times per year. WPAC also offers an extensive Social Activities calendar.
